Five hour rental of the property, including exclusive access to the entire 100 acres and all indoor and outdoor spaces to use as you wish. Weekend rental of the entire property, as described in Package One. Essential for tented weddings to allow time for loading and set up/take down, this option is also perfect for those wishing to host an on-site rehearsal dinner or spend more time enjoying the endless photo opportunities.
We only host one wedding per weekend. It is our goal to ensure that you are the sole focus of the weekend and know that the property is your canvas to paint without the worry of another event interrupting your celebration.
There is no minimum amount of guests as we love intimate events. The maximum outdoors is 225 and 110 indoors
Yes! Accommodations are available through Airbnb for up to 22 people.
We love tented events! The endless fields provide multiple possibilities to tent your celebration. A weekend rental is required for a tented wedding due to the time it takes to install and remove the components needed for a tent. Many of the planners on our preferred list are experts in tented weddings and will certainly make all your tented wedding dreams a reality.
All events at Willow Hill are required to have a planner leading up to the day and also onsite. You are welcome to use your own planner or you can choose from the list of preferred planners that we have on our carefully curated list.
Catering services are not offered through Willow Hill. A full service catering company is required and we will happily provide some names from our vendor list.
Willow Hill is a year-round wedding venue! We have the option of outdoors in the fields or indoors in the barn no matter what season.
