Willow Hill does not have a house caterer, a house florist, or a mandatory vendor package. You choose every vendor to build your own trusted team, and structure the weekend entirely around your vision.
The one thing we do require is a wedding planner, both in the lead-up to your weekend and onsite throughout. With 100 acres, multiple event spaces, and a full cast of vendors working across three days, a great planner is not a formality, it is what makes the whole thing feel effortless. We will happily help you find the right one if you need it.

Never. From Friday through Sunday, Willow Hill belongs entirely to you. One wedding per weekend, every weekend — every detail of the property and every member of our team is focused entirely on your celebration.
No minimum — intimate celebrations of 20 are just as welcome as larger gatherings. Our outdoor capacity is 225 guests, with 110 indoors in the barn.
The restored 1790s Historic House sleeps up to 22 guests across five bedrooms, with fireplaces, a heated saltwater pool, and hilltop views. The barn also offers overnight accommodations. Staying on the estate is what transforms your wedding day into your estate weekend.
Yes — every season. Summer wildflowers in the meadow, fall foliage from the hilltop deck, a candlelit barn reception in winter, spring blossoms in the Forest Garden. Whatever season you choose, the estate is ready.
Yes. You choose your own caterer, florist, rental company, tent, entertainment, and more. All weddings require a wedding planner onsite; you are welcome to bring your own or we happy to offer some recommendations.
Catering services are not offered through Willow Hill. A full service catering company is required and we will happily provide you with some options to find your team.
